The issue has been fixed by the third party provider and emails that have been delayed should now start to arrive. We will monitor the backlog and post an update when we believe they have all been processed.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. A hotfix has been provided and we are waiting for a third party provider to resolve the issue.

We are currently investigating an issue where some emails are delayed when sent from the CRM.
