Between 3pm and 4:30pm on Friday 17th of May, emails sent to our Support Team were not delivered. This was caused by an update to security encryption for email record identifiers which was quickly resolved. If you sent an email at this time please resend it to us as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.
